With a Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s degree from The Boston Architectural College, Sandra’s career is inspired by the fusion of organic and built elements within the landscape. Because of her cross disciplinary experience, Sandra has the ability to conceptualize both interior and exterior space, blurring the lines between interior and exterior living. In addition, Svana had a degree from the Commercial School of Iceland graduating in 2013 with a Commercial Diploma, taking a biology and environmental science track.

Ian is committed to creating high-quality and beautiful landscapes that people can use for generations to come. He strives to celebrate the beauty of each individual site, melding the client's desires with the unique possibilities and constraints each site presents; using in depth site analysis to drive the design process. He believes in allowing a site's surroundings to cue each design and seeks to mesh those surroundings with the new design elements.
Ian joins Bernice Wahler after working as an Associate designer with Kristen Reimann, Landscape Architect on Martha's Vineyard. He also brings his experience with landscape construction and maintenance after his work with Landscope, Inc. where he managed the care of high end residential properties on the Vineyard. Most recently Ian has been working Jaxtimer Landscaping LLC. as an in-house Landscape Designer and Landscape Construction Project Manager.
Ian draws inspiration from his time in the farmland of NW Connecticut, the mountains of Wyoming and Montana, the hills of San Francisco, and now the many woods and beaches on the Cape that he explores with his wife Beth and their dog Suey.
Pamela is an experienced marketing coordinator in the landscape design industry. Before coming to Bernice Wahler Landscapes, she spent several years at E.J. Jaxtimer Builders Inc. and Stephen Stimson Associates, performing both marketing and administrative duties.
She is a Massachusetts native and currently lives in Sandwich with her dog, Piper.
