Located on Nantucket Sound, this seasonal home strives to make the most out of the summer season with an outdoor kitchen and dining space, generous pool and lounging terrace, as well as covered porches. With significant elevation changes from one end of the site to the other, the planning necessitates attention to grading to provide level areas for outdoor living. The project’s intimate relationships to the plan boundaries required the builder and landscape contractor to work together to coordinate mobilization efforts throughout the production schedule.
